Our repair service for PRG agitators

In the unlikely event of a malfunction, we will do everything to get your agitator back in shape in the shortest possible time. If a repair is possible on site, we will be happy to send one of our service technicians to you. In the case of a major defect, he can also carry out an emergency repair to make the agitator temporarily operational again.

For more extensive repairs, the agitator is dismantled by our technicians and taken to our main factory in Warburg, where the necessary work is carried out after a careful fault analysis. This includes, for example, the repair of the motor or gearbox, welding work on agitator blades and shafts, the overhaul of the agitator bearings and the replacement of the sealing unit (e.g. mechanical seal). When the agitator is put back into operation, its functionality is checked again by means of dynamic test runs on site.
