SSL ENCRYPTION
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
CONTACT OPTIONS
On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by email and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing the matter about which they have contacted us. It will not be passed on to third parties. The data collected in this way is not compared with data that may be collected by other components of our website.
OBJECTION TO MARKETING EMAILS
We hereby object to the use of contact details published in the context of the legal notice obligations for distribution of unsolicited marketing and information materials. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited distribution of marketing information, such as spam emails.
USE OF WEB FONTS
External fonts, namely Google Fonts, are used on these web pages. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. (“Google”). These web fonts are integrated by accessing a server, usually a Google server in the USA. This tells the server which of our web pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser used on the end device of the visitor to this website is also stored by Google. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy, which you can access here:

Use of Google Services
We use the following technologies from Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and stored there. Unless specified otherwise for individual technologies, data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement concluded for the respective technology between joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
Our service providers are located and/or use servers in countries outside the EU and the EEA for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision regarding the level of data protection.
Our service providers are located and/or use servers in countries outside the EU and the EEA. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for these countries. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.
USE OF GOOGLE MAPS
We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc, Google Building, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”, on our website.
Each time the “Google Maps” component is opened, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated is displayed. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted when you close the browser, but expires after a certain period unless you delete it manually beforehand.
If you do not agree with this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating the “Google Maps” service and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will only be able to use “Google Maps” to a limited extent, if at all
“Google Maps” and the information obtained via “Google Maps” are used in accordance with Google’s Terms of Service
https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en-UK
and the additional Terms of Service for “Google Maps”
https://www.google.com/help/terms_maps/.
Google Analytics
For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device, browser information and information about your use of our website), from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. If you visit our website from the EU, your IP address will be stored on a server located in the EU to derive location data and then immediately deleted before the traffic is forwarded to other Google servers for processing. Data processing is carried out on the basis of a commissioned data processing agreement by Google.
In order to optimise the marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for “Google products and services”. This allows Google to access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and subsequently use it to improve Google services. Releasing data to Google within the scope of these data sharing settings is based on an additional agreement between the data controllers. We have no influence over the subsequent data processing by Google.
We use the so-called user ID function for the purpose of optimised marketing of our website. With the help of this function, we can assign a unique, permanent ID to your interaction data for one or more sessions on our website and thus analyse your user behaviour across devices and sessions.
For web analytics, so-called “cross-device tracking” is provided by the Google Analytics extension function Google Signals. If your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the “personalised advertising” setting in your Google account, Google can create reports on your user behaviour (in particular cross-device user numbers), even if you change your end device. We do not process personal data in this connection; we only receive statistics compiled on the basis of Google Signals.
For web analysis and advertising purposes, the so-called DoubleClick cookie extension function of Google Analytics makes it possible to recognise your browser when you visit other websites. Google uses this information to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
GOOGLE ADS
For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, the so-called Google Remarketing cookie is set when you visit our website, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information and information about your use of our website) by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Any further data processing will only take place if you have activated the “personalised advertising” setting in your Google account. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing.
If you have accessed our website via a Google Ads advertisement, we use Google Ads Conversion Tracking to measure your subsequent user behaviour for website analysis and event tracking. For this purpose, cookies may be used and data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information and information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a page or subscribing to a newsletter) may be collected, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms.
PREVENTING STORAGE OF COOKIES BY GOOGLE SERVICES
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link.
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
You can set an opt-out cookie to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data across all devices. Opt-out cookies prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website. You must opt out on all systems and devices used for this to be fully effective. Further information on terms of service and data protection can be found at
https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/us/ or at https://policies.google.com/?hl=en
GOOGLE TAG MANAGER
Google Tag Manager allows us to manage various codes and services on our website. When implementing the individual tags, Google may also process personal data (e.g. IP address, online identifiers (including cookies)). Data processing is carried out on the basis of a commissioned data processing agreement by Google.
Various services/technologies can be integrated with Google Tag Manager.
If you do not wish individual tracking services to be used and have therefore deactivated them, that deactivation remains in place for all affected tracking tags that are integrated by Google Tag Manager.
