The welded containment creates a hermetically sealed system and the contact-free, magnetic force transmission makes it possible to process even sensitive products without any contamination.
At the same time, out magnetic agitators are enabeling the maximum yield and can be used in all up- and downstream-processes.

Our Magnetic Agitators are stirring
in a lot of industries
Outstanding performance features and an individual construction guarantee highest efficiency and seamless process integration. Innovative Details, like the patented PRG magnetic bearing are contributing to this. For a flexible use, every of our magnetic agitators can be equipped with a variety of different agitating elements.
Our path-breaking magnetic agitator MRLL, with double bearing, allows the processing of big volumes in industrial scales: It can be used in bio-reactors with capacities of up to 25,000 liters – ideal for example for the high-yield fermentation of bacterial strains or cell cultures.
With the construction of our magnetic agitators, we are following the standards of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). Moreover all used elastomers are certified in accordance with FDA and EU Regulation 1935/2004. Magnetic agitators from PRG are caracterized by their ease of maintenance and long service life and allow an uncomplicated CIP and SIP cleaning.
