The processes and products of the chemical industry are as varied as the requirements placed on agitator technology used for this purpose. Agitators for the chemical industrie have to meet special requirements. That is the reason why all agitators that we offer are freely configurable, which guarantees seamless integration even into complex processes. We can also offer special constructions designed by our own development department to meet your specific requirements. As diverse as our agitators and stirring devices are, they are all characterised by excellent material and manufacturing quality, as well as the highest economic efficiency and reliability. This is because we exclusively use raw materials of the highest quality and selected components from well-known manufacturers.
When manufacturing our agitators for the chemical industry, we process all standard stainless steels as well as special materials that are ideally suited to the respective material requirements – for example, Hastelloy. Exceptional vertical integration in our production also allows us to manufacture or finish most of the required agitator components independently. This helps us respond to your wishes with the greatest possible flexibility and, at the same time, to guarantee precision, quality, and ease of maintenance – for example, with regard to the uncomplicated cleanability of our products. When constructing the agitators we offer, and when manufacturing seals and flanges, we also comply with common standards such as DIN 28161 or TALuft.
