We are proud that we have not only remained stable in these challenging times, but have also been able to continue our stable growth. This shows that a flexible organisational structure and resilience are essential for a company's successful development. In the overall evaluation, 3,656 companies based in Germany were analysed based on various quantitative criteria. 300 companies were ultimately able to assert themselves as the most crisis-proof companies in Germany.

What has been a matter of course for us for a long time has now been confirmed by the Höxter district with the ‘family-friendly company’ seal. It is a matter close to our hearts to offer all our employees various options for combining their family and professional lives well. We don't just rely on flexible working hours and mobile working here. Communication with our entire team is also important to us, in order to find a solution even in special situations.

Sustainability
To make not only our products, but also our production as sustainable as possible, PRG relies on resource-efficient working methods and sustainability in production. For this reason, we have been relying exclusively on renewable energies to supply our company headquarters in Warburg since 2022. We use electricity generated from solar, wind and water power for both production and administration.
