Magnetic agitator with double bearing

The double bearing allows the use of particularly long agitator shafts, which ensures optimal stability and excellent excellent runout properties – even with multiple-staged impeller designs.

 

But that's not all: the MRLL series of stirrers – magnetic stirrers with double bearings – make it possible to process large volumes on an industrial scale. MRLL stirrers can therefore be used for reactors with a working volume of up to 25,000 litres without any problems – ideal for the high-yield fermentation of bacterial strains or cell cultures, for example.

 

So this is great news for biotech companies wanting to achieve first-class stirring results even in the largest reactors. The MRLL has also helped our customers worldwide to develop highly-sophisticated products of the highest quality in segments such as the food industry and the emerging new food sector.

Efficient and maintenance-friendly magnetic agitators for bottom installation

Our pioneering MRLL magnetic agitator with double bearing allows large volumes to be processed on an industrial scale.

We design our magnetic agitators in accordance with the standards of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) and ASME BPE. In addition, all elastomers used are certified according to FDA and EU Regulation 1935/2004. PRG magnetic agitators are characterised by their ease of maintenance and long service life, and they allow for uncomplicated CIP and SIP cleaning.
