MRF Floating Series

Our MRF is the ideal choice when sterile processes and the highest standards of aseptic design are required. The weld-in tank flange creates a hermetically-closed system, while the contactless, magnetic power transmission enables contamination-free processing of sensitive products.

Outstanding performance features and customised design guarantee maximum efficiency and seamless process integration. Innovative details such as the patented PRG magnetic bearing also contribute to this.

Like all PRG magnetic agitators, our floating magnetic agitator for bottom installation is characterised by its maintenance-friendly design, energy efficiency and long service life. It facilitates uncomplicated CIP and SIP cleaning and easy maintenance. For flexible use, each of our magnetic agitators can also be equipped with a variety of different agitator units and used in all upstream and downstream processes.

We follow the standards of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) when designing our magnetic agitators. In addition, all elastomers used are certified according to FDA and EU Regulation 1935/2004.
